I naturally see possibilities for improvement within complex systems and am organized and determined in implementing ideas for change.​ As both a creative and analytical thinker, I excel at bringing big ideas to life.

This creative thinking ability of mine is what has always drawn me to the interior design industry. I've spent the last decade of my career growing interior design firms and home brands where my entrepreneurial spirit thrived as I created and
executed multiple large initiatives.

 

Working with a variety of small and mid-sized brands, I had the pleasure of wearing multiple hats and taking on most of the roles in a business - everything from marketing to operations, finance, creative, strategy and more.

Now I joyfully use my operational and financial expertise to help interior designers do "everything but design", allowing them to grow their revenue and reputation strategically.
